Grade 80 chain is heat-treated alloy steel designed for high strength for overhead lifting and tie-down applications. It is the most economical of the three chain grade types that are suitable for overhead lifting (grade 80, grade 100,). Please note that while the grade 80 chain is approved for overhead lifting applications.
It’s tested throughout the manufacturing process and meets and exceeds the specifications of NACM, ASTM, and OSHA.
Our selection includes full drums of grade 80 chain, half drums of the chain, and cut grade 80 chain by the foot, as well as tie-down assemblies.
