2. The tension of the lifting chain should be reasonable. Tight tightening increases power consumption and the bearing wears out easily; The stiffness of the chain is: raised or pressed from the center of the chain, the axle distance of the two sprockets is approximately 2%-3%.

3. If the new lifting chain is too long or stretched after use, it will be difficult to adjust. The chain link can be removed depending on the situation, but must be an even number. The links should be guided through the back of the chain with externally inserted carriers, and the openings of the carriers should point in the opposite direction of rotation.

First, the permissible wear value of the lifting chain must not exceed 10% of the diameter of the circular chain rod or the thickness of the auxiliary equipment.

Secondly, the main ring should be scrapped from the plane in which the main ring is not bent if it is twisted by more than 10 degrees.

Third, no part of the lifting chain may be used if cracks, bends or twists occur and the phenomenon of jamming or stiff blocking between the ring hinges cannot be excluded.

Fourthly, the permanent elongation of both the chain and the single ring must not exceed 5% of the original length.
